Grilled vegetables (red and green peppers, mushrooms, baby potatoes, pearl onions and green asparagus) accompanied by burrata cheese, Cajun sauce and crispy crystal bread.
Homemade “Mia Mamma” gnocchi, sautéed with 4 cheese sauce, clouds of Parmesan cheese and crispy cheese.
Shepherd's cream with poached egg from “La Vinyeta”, crispy butter bread and smoked oil air.
Seconds
Grilled lamb terrine accompanied by purple ratte potatoes, pearl onions, lamb demi-glace with a hint of garlic and crispy coral.
Grilled veal tenderloin accompanied by straw potatoes lightly glazed with black truffle sauce and crispy focaccia bread.
Supreme hake on a skewer covered with slices of zucchini cooked at low temperature with green sauce cream, crispy leeks and lime air.
Creamy rice with a variety of local mushrooms accompanied by “café paris” sauce mayonnaise and crispy onion.
Desserts
“Massini” cake with a white sponge base and truffle cream, accompanied by whipped and stabilized cream with burnt pastry egg topping.
Hazelnut praline foam with a hint of coffee, panettone sand base, 3-texture cocoa crunch and mango coulis.
